BIA Franchisees are charged an upfront fee, which varies by locations or country and covers upfront training, supporting systems, operations, marketing and the acquisition of an area of geographical exclusivity and all your essential training equipment, promo materials and personalised complete staff and coaching uniform.

In addition, franchisees are charged with an ongoing management fee/royalty. These fees are charged as a percentage of the monthly revenues realised by a franchisee. These fees contribute towards equipment replacement, support staff, program enhancements and the maintenance and development of our operational infrastructure.

BIA Franchise 5-Days Workshop Training Seminar

At Basketball Intelligence Academy, we work for you! we treat customers like royalty, as Franchisees you are our customers and get the very best help and support by our supporting staff who are also real coaches, with hands-on and off-court experience.

Three days desk-based and two days on-court training for franchisees to be held in Sydney, Australia, Basketball Intelligence Academy head office and on the basketball court.

First Day: This training covers product induction and all aspects of the business setting up and running a BIA Franchise and includes financial management, insurance, finding and training coaches, data security, health and safety, working with child and protection.

Second-Third Day: Covering excellence in customer services, telephone training and how to operate our online Business platform and booking, plus ongoing support via our helpline.

Fouth-Fifth Day: Hands-on session, practical training on how to run the BIA activity program. Furthermore, online training videos are also available to franchisees so that they can train their coaches at home.

Fit and Active (desirous) - Franchisees need to be able to train their coaching staff and last-minute preparations, they may need to be able to step in at short notice in an emergency.

From the web-based business system, social media to printed marketing to help you promote within your local territory all year round. Integrating owner, staff local knowledge, networks and loyalties.
